I added $20 to my Gizmo Project account today just I have in the past. Only this time, I can't make any calls. After paypal completed the payment I was told that it would be added to my call out balance in 1 to 10 minutes. In the past by the time I checked their website the credit had been added.I contacted customer service at Gizmo Project 23 minutes after I made payment.
In the past you credited the call out credits very fast. Now it has been more than the 1-10 minutes quoted.I am using the same verified paypal account as all my previous payments.
If this will be an ongoing issue there are plenty of services I can reprogram my box with. Your only possible method of staying in business is with outstanding customer service, which until today was your high point.
As of today, the time to switch is on.

The question will be whether or not I am still a Gizmo Project Customer by the time they finally credit my account.
Well the credit hasn't been added by the time I finished writing this blog post.
