<description>Posted by Wilbur Corncob: (verizon) I called Verizon yesterday to disconnect 3 of my five telephone lines with them. First I got an office in Texas rather than Pennsylvania. That was after 10 minutes of hassle with clueless automated system. When I finally got a nice lady that &quot;could&quot; help me. We went over things.
