ISPs and cable and telephone companies are probably some of the companies that a customer can hate the most. They are so hated that we even had to set up this blog in order to record all those articles about frustration with these companies' services.
But what do people exactly hate about ISPs and cable and telephone companies? Is it the automated voice behind the hotline? Or is it just that their services are plainly horrible?
