A while back a friend was complaining about some troubles with the phone company. I emailed him the url of this blog along with the note... "I setup www.telephone1000.com for more positive experiences with the phone company."
His reply, not surprisingly was "That really happens?"
Although his reply was dated May 27th, 2007 I haven't replied yet.
