It is rather irritating to open your computer one day, just to find out that there is no Internet connection--even though you're supposed to have one. What is even more irritating than this is the idea that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may have closed down already--without informing you!
Such is the case with Downeast.net, which up to this very day, cannot be contacted by its customers.
