A Termination Fee Issue and Lawsuit

Telecommunication and connecting to the world wide web has now been made easy thanks to various telecommunications company. Contracts are then served to consumers who would like to avail these services to protect both the consumer and the company's rights to services and profit. One issue which concerns subscribers is about termination fee. Basically, the fee is imposed to subscribers who wanted to terminate their account before the agreed time of termination of the contract.
