The Forth Amendment right is the constitution which protects our privacy, and guards us from unreasonable searches and seizures. This is also why law enforcers needs warrants approved by judges to searches in an individual. But it seems this right is violated by the FBI and a federal court ruling which indicates that authorities can tracks a persons locations through his cellphone. So if you are a suspected felon, law enforcers can legally spy on you. More about this, on the link below. Link: Court Ruled in Favor of Warrantless Cell Location Track

I believe that Apple should at least do something about jail breaking so that they will be able to stop or minimize at least. I have an Apple Iphone and it would be unfair to just let those people intrude into our privacy I want apple to do something about it. Apple is such a nice brand of phone and and I really like it. I will still stay as an Apple user for as long as they do their best to protect our privacy. My privacy is really important to me. And I know Apple is into protecting it, too.
