T-Mobile 3rd follow up.

By Todd at 06/25/09 10:31

I went to the center with my disconnected phone.  I was told by One worker that I shouldn't have gone to the first place I went to, and should have come straight to them.  Ooops, my mistake, you mean the T-mobile store?  Then I waited while an employee ordered her sandwich.

O.K, I can accept this, because this is what service seems to have come to in this country, and it was around lunch time, while I, the screwed over paying customer would wait.  I showed my 66.81 faxed reciept to her, and she called the center, and explained everything I politely explained to her.

There response was that the reciept I faxed could have been for something else, and it wasn't written out on the reciept.  This was almost accusing me of falsifying my reciept with that comment, and that was insulting.  On the same April 6 date that my service started.  I asked her what exactly can I buy at a T-mobile store for 66.81??

She told me, a blue tooth.  OH.  So because there worker didn't write the reciept correctly on the day I got this plan??  When I asked her how much was the payment recorded as then, she said, 54.81.  I told her, if this is a matter of 12 dollars, are you serious?

Then they went over my payments with a fine comb, and now it changed again to that the 149.00 payment on May 20th doesn't cover Two months unlimited service. Well, you have to remember, that while even this may be true, I was disconnected June 10th.  I was misinformed  not only by there rep, but by there texts.

I have suffered a tremendous amount of  embarrasment with my friends, not to mention that my apartment application wasn't even looked into after the landlord told me about calling my disconnected phone.  I paid 10.00 to have my phone re-connected, and it turned out that my new apartment application fell through, and the land-lord did call my disconnected phone, and now didn't have time to show me the apartment anymore after calling a disconnected number.

I called the customer care line and once again went through my terrible story with them, and low and behold, at last, he said he would re-connect my phone till July 9th.

He also asked me if I would have a problem faxing that reciept again if they needed me to.  I told them I will fax the reciept again if they need me to.  I also asked him if they could please call and talk to me if they have any intention of disconnecting my phone, and if he could make that note, and he said he would see what he could do about that.

So this is hopefully where the story ends, and that they don't disconnect me again before July 9th.  Thank-you phone hell for allowing me to express myself and tell my experience.

T-mobile hell experience for me.

By Todd at 06/20/09 13:48

Since I paid for this months phone service, and in the process of moving, being disconnected has caused me massive problems right now.  I have to go to the center and talk with them, because I paid for this month, and moving is expensive.  I want my minutes that I paid for till July 9 and am not going to accept this unacceptable situation. I will go show them my fax reciept, and see what they do if anything.  Why should I pay twice for anything because of theft or incompetance?  This is very disturbing, this treatment of a customer.

Follow Up on T-mobile flex account.

By Todd at 06/20/09 12:54

Well, I did what they asked and faxed my reciept to them on the day I said I would.  I paid 3.00 to fax it, not 3.50 like I thought it would be. Two days later, today, they have now disconnected me.  Un-believable.

T-Mobile Flex Account =Disconnected service.

By Todd at 06/16/09 16:21

On April 6 2009 I signed up for a T mobile Flex account and paid $66.81.  While they have signs at there stores saying unlimited flex account plans starting at $39.99, I had to wonder why me paying $66.81 wouldn't even take me through One month of phone calls.
