Is Comcast bothering you with its extremely poor customer service? Well, it probably isn't your duty, but you have to go through the backdoor to get what you want. It is rather irritating to open your computer one day, just to find out that there is no Internet connection--even though you're supposed to have one. What is even more irritating than this is the idea that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may have closed down already--without informing you!Such is the case with Downeast.net, which up to this very day, cannot be contacted by its customers. $102.85 in roaming charges even when the roaming service is turned off? That seems to be only possible with the G1. This was found out after one G1 owner reported the incident to T-Mobile, the owner's service provider. In response, T-Mobile answered him that G1 continues to access the Internet even if the roaming services are turned off. This is probably due to the G1's close relation with Google Accounts. Link: G1 owner gets hit with $102.85 in roaming charges | Crave - CNET
