Any person wanting to go into customer service should have a personality oriented towards great customer relations and service.
There is training available for this, so there is no need to curse at a customer.
If a customer curses at you simply ask them not to curse at you, that you are simply doing the best that you can for them, and if they persist in cursing you, that you will end the conversation/interaction. This way you can maintain your dignity without crossing the line into abusive behaviour.
