Hate your Cell Phone Company is a great blog entry on Scribble on the Wall about problems with cell phone companies, "But I absolutely detest the local stores and the people that work there."
Cell phone companies would be great if they didn't have any humans.
I've had good service for about 7 years from Nextel then Nextel/Sprint then I decided to upgrade to a Family Plan with newer phones. That was two weeks ago and I'm still trying to get a straight answer from someone on what my best options are.
How did I survive from 1953 to 1990 with POTS?
