Some Australian officials are suggesting that Internet content should be filtered at the ISP level to ensure legal viewing by Australian citizens.
However, is there any such rule that will allow that kind of censoring practice? Will this not trample on basic human rights? Well one of the readers here at InsaneJournal.com certainly think it does.
