Motorola will be going against the iPhone making company in court for using some of their technology standards and patent infringing cases.The case revolves around the wireless communication technologies, like WCDMA (3G), GPRS, the IE802.11 and antenna design, and other smartphone technologies like wireless email, software application management, proximity sensing, etc.
